Jeremy Dolgin's practice focuses on family law, aboriginal law, and civil litigation. Many disputes can only be resolved by careful strategy and a court room battle, but Mr. Dolgin also recognizes the benefits of alternative dispute resolution such as negotiation and mediation which can maximize results while minimizing both financial and emotional costs.

Mr. Dolgin regularly appears at the Superior Court of Justice. He has also represented clients in the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Court of Justice.

As a trained mediator and practicing member of the collaborative law network of Ottawa, Mr. Dolgin conducts mediations and represents clients in collaborative family law cases.
